Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery is typically within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Q.  How will I be able to track my order?

Q.  Will the garment retain its shape over time?

Each piece is constructed using high-quality stretch fabrics engineered to retain shape, provided the recommended care instructions are followed.

Q.  Is the garment see-through when wet?

No. Our fabrics are carefully selected to ensure adequate coverage, including when wet.

Q.  Will there be variations in colour?

While every effort is made to ensure accurate colour representation, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

 

Q.  Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer a one-time size exchange per item, provided the request is raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all the tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that shipping costs for both return and re-dispatch are to be borne by the customer.

Refunds are only offered in cases of an incorrect item sent or a manufacturing defect.

Q.  What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with relevant images. We will review the concern and assist you accordingly.

Q.  How should the garment be cared for?

To maintain the quality and longevity of each piece:

- Rinse in cold water after use

- Hand wash with a mild detergent

- Do not wring

- Dry flat in shade

- Avoid contact with rough surfaces

 

FABRIC & MATERIALS 

 

Q.  What materials are used?

Our swimwear is crafted using high-end technical fabrics from Econyl & Repreve. These are luxury 4-way stretch fabrics made from reclaimed plastic PET bottles and pre and post-consumer nylon waste in high-end factories in Italy and America. These fabrics are designed to perform as beautifully as they look.

Q.  What are the properties of the fabric?

Built for both beauty and longevity, it offers muscle retention for a smooth, flattering fit, SPF 50+ protection, and is resistant to salt, chlorine, pilling, and fading. Our pieces are made to last.
