SHIPPING
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been dispatched.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We maintain strict quality and hygiene standards across all products. As swimwear is a sensitive category, our policy is designed to balance customer experience with product integrity.
Size Exchanges (One-Time, Per Item)
We offer a one-time size exchange per item.
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and hygiene liners must remain intact
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- We are happy to facilitate exchanges; however, shipping costs for both return and re-dispatch are to be borne by the customer
Eligible Cases
We accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- Size exchange (once per item)
- Incorrect item received
- Manufacturing defect or damage
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept exchanges or returns for:
- Change of mind or preference (beyond the one-time size exchange)
- Items for which the one-time exchange has already been availed
- Items showing signs of wear, stains, or damage
- Removed or damaged tags or hygiene liners
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Exchange Resolution
Exchanges are processed per item, not per order.
If your requested size is unavailable at the time of exchange:
- You may select another product of equal or higher value.
- If you choose a higher value item, the difference must be paid.
If an alternative is not selected, a store credit will be issued for that item's value.
Store credit is shared via email and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the following cases:
- Incorrect item sent.
- Defective or damaged product
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Additional time may be required depending on your bank
Exchange Process
- Email us at assistance@inthisdream.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number along with clear images/videos of the product
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup
- Applicable shipping charges must be completed before the pickup is scheduled
- After inspection, your replacement is dispatched once applicable shipping charges are completed
QUALITY INSPECTION
All returned items undergo a quality inspection.
Items that:
- Do not match submitted images
- Show signs of wear or damage
- Have missing tags or hygiene liners
Will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.
